A Night of Fun and Fundraising for Yuma Child Burn Survivors
Sage and Sand Cocktail Lounge hosted an unforgettable evening dedicated to supporting the Yuma Child Burn Survivors. From 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM, the venue was filled with energy and enthusiasm as we rallied together to raise funds for a very worthy cause.
A Vibrant Evening: The night featured a fantastic lineup of activities and entertainment. Guests enjoyed live music, delicious drinks, and the chance to win incredible raffle prizes. The highlight of the evening was Firefighter Dre Moreno showcasing his impressive bartending skills, adding a unique touch to the event.
Fun and Games: Attendees made the most of the evening with a variety of games. The patio buzzed with friendly competition as people played cornhole, while the pool and darts areas were lively with spirited matches. The atmosphere was filled with laughter and camaraderie, making the event a truly enjoyable experience.
Generous Contributions: Thanks to the generosity of everyone involved, we made significant strides towards our fundraising goal. We set out to raise $5,000 to send brave kids to Burn Camp and we succeeded! Firefighter Dre Moreno’s tip drive, along with Sage and Sand’s 10% donation from sales, played a crucial role in supporting the Burn Camp experiences for these deserving children.
How You Made a Difference: The support from attendees was overwhelming. By gathering with friends, tipping generously, participating in bar games, and joining in on the raffle, everyone contributed to making a meaningful impact. Every dollar raised will help ensure that these young burn survivors have the opportunity to attend Burn Camp, where they can heal and find support.
